Warranty Policy
Products purchased directly from JBA Health, LLC (the “Company”) are covered by a 90-Day limited warranty from each underlying manufacturer and are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific product (the “Warranty”).
The Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, proper care, and maintenance of the product. The Company will seek to represent its customers and work with the underlying manufacturers to provide a replacement or item of equivalent value for any part or product found to be defective.
The Warranty shall be void if the product is not used, assembled, or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided; the product is resold or traded to another owner; components or accessories not compatible with the product have been used, or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the product.
The Warranty is void 90 days after ship date. The Company may require proof of purchase to process a warranty claim.
Accessories such as batteries or alcohol wipes are not covered under this Warranty.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Products are non-refundable once they have been shipped.
